Our Design Revision Policy

Our revision process on design work follows a structured approach to ensure clarity, efficiency, and overall satisfaction. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

1

Initial Concept Phase (Cover or Dust Jacket)

We start with draft concepts for the design. During this stage, unlimited revisions are allowed to refine the concept until it aligns with your vision.

2

Approval of Draft Concept

Once the concept draft is approved, it becomes the final design direction. At this point, we move forward with minor tweaks to the concept and we start the creation of supporting designs (e.g., sprayed edges, endpapers, foil stamped hardcovers).

3

Minor Revisions on Final Assets

For supporting assets, only minor revisions are permitted. These assets are designed to support the primary approved design (e.g., a dust jacket or cover) and therefore don’t include unlimited revisions.

4

Final
Approval

Once all designs are reviewed and finalized, the project proceeds to production. Any changes after this point may be subject to additional fees.

This process helps maintain efficiency while ensuring you’re fully satisfied with the core design before moving to supporting elements.
